Minimum Requirements
• N3 + Trade Test

• 2 years related experience

Key Responsibilities
• Perform operating activities
• Issue/cancel permits to work( operating)
• Perform the following administrative duties
• Maintain electrical plant equipment, do fault finding and attend to breakdowns
• Assist with modification level 1 and 2
• Take out plant permits as per laid down procedures eg. Maintenance
• Investigate recurring problems level 3 only
• Check the correct spares and materials are available as an when needed
• Perform stand by duties
• Supervise contractors/ Eskom staff activities during outages
• Assist with the writing of procedures/instructions/guides and compilation of work packages and submit for authorization
• Perform any other legitimate activity as required
