• B Com or BA Industrial Relations

Skills and Competencies
• Communication Skill, verbal and written
• Computer Literacy
• Knowledge of contemporary industrial relations dynamics, case law, labour relations, trends and trade union matters
• Knowledge of human resources
• Arbitration process skills
• Have a conscientious self-discipline approach

Key Responsibilities
• Learn on legal and IR advice to business, employees, and trade union representatives and related policies, procedures, etc.
• Learn on any other legitimate activity as required
