Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):

• Grade 12 plus a National N Diploma/National Diploma (Electro-Mechanical)

Experience:

• 2 years post qualification plant related experience

Skills and Competencies
• Maintenance Power Plant policy, process and standards knowledge and skills
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and regulations; plant and employee safety and health and quality management
• Planning and technical solutions to problem-solving
• Computer literacy, communication, negotiation and report writing

Key Responsibilities
• Planning and technical solutions to problem-solving
• Maintaining optimisation of systems
• Apply quality control and assurance within legislative requirements 
• Assist with modifications to improve reliability of plant, commissioning of plant and employee development
• Perform projects/contract supervision activities and tests/inspections
• Provide budget requirements
• Verify correctness of information
