Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma Technical

- 2 Years as Unit Controller post qualification
- 2 Years in a Supervisory position
- 1 Year as Controller or similar technical exposure

- Manage the continuity of supply without jeopardizing plant and safety of personnel and to meet  production requirements
- Manage human resources activities
- Manage operating related incident investigations as delegated
- Manage the safety risk management programme
- Manage any emergency and emergent work while on shift
- Control budget as cost centre owner
