Qualification(s):

• N5 Mechanician and Trade Test

• N4 Electrical / Mechanical and Trade Test

Related Minimum Experience:
 
• 7 years Technical or related experience

• PSR Authorisation (HV-Electrical)
• Wireman’s Licence (Electrical)
• Analytical

• Supervision
• Knowledge of SHE aspects

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities and predict possible future plant failures
• Conduct on-job training, coaching and assessment of relevant staff
• Predict remaining life of components
• Investigate recurring problems
• Carry out quality control inspections
• Check that correct spares and materials are ordered and received
• Advise and assist with modifications
• Perform contracts supervision
• Assist with the recommissioning and acceptance of plants
• Perform any other legitimate activities as required.
