Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in  Clinical Psychology
• Professional Registration with HPCSA as a Clinical Psychologist

 • 5 years related experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement psychological surveillance and control strategies and programmes
• Conduct clinical assessment and interventions
• Provide a training and development function
• Provide a psychometrics function with special emphasis on critical psychological assessments
• Manage Human Performance programmes
• Manage the behaviour risk management process
• Provide specialist behavioural advise on behavioural safety practices and processes
• Provide advice on Strategic OD issues
• Provide specialist behavioural advice
