Minimum Requirements
• B-Tech

• 5 years’ experience in contract management with emphasis on claims, compensation, events, variations and disputes under FIDIC and NED standard form contracts and commercial negotiations.
• Extensive multidisciplinary contract and project management experience

Key Responsibilities
• Provide advice and recommendations such that commercial and contract risks are effectively mitigated
• Participate in benchmarking and implementation of contract management best practices and integration of lessons learnt
• Perform contract management capacity development
• Participate in and provide advice in the establishment and implementation of a standardized contract management governance framework
• Collect and consolidate project data for monitoring of claims performance, analysis and preparation for the formulation of insights, trend and high level summary reports
• Implement and support sound stakeholder relationships
