Minimum Requirements
B-Degree\B-Tech in Built Environment / Commerce/ Human Science at NQF 7 with 360 credits


5 years’ related experience in Quantity surveying/ Cost Engineering in Built environment

Key Responsibilities
• Perform functions and advise on quantity surveying standard services provided throughout the project lie cycle
• Draft cost estimates for capital investment projects
• Monitor consultants, contractors, and suppliers’ performance (quantity and cost)
• Draft, review, measure and control the effectiveness of enquiry documentation
• Reconcile and forecast expenditure
• Mentor and coach quantity surveying personnel
• Comply to all Eskom and site related governance and safety, health, environment, risk and quality (SHERQ) requirements
