Minimum Requirements

     B Degree/B Tech Transport and Logistics/Supply Chain
     Management/Commerce/Economics at NQF7 with 360 credits

• Related Minimum Experience:
          5 years’ related experience in Supplier Development and Localization

Key Responsibilities
 Responsible for implementing local development transaction related strategy in all procurement streams (Project, Commodity and Tactical Sourcing)
 Monitor implementation of B-BBEE legislative and any other developments with regards to it and create awareness to the organization and suppliers
 Conduct on-going research on and analysis of commodities and supplier markets including skills development to determine local development opportunities
 Participate in cross functional teams/squad checks to ensure inclusion of local development and B-BBEE objectives Monitor supplier performance on B-BBEE migration where migration is a contract condition.
 Ensure that sourcing strategies and enquiry documents include local development requirements including B-BBEE scorecard and ensure all negotiated local development targets are included in the contract documents and are monitored
 Manage key stakeholders
