Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
• Advanced Risk Management Diploma
OR
• Engineering Diploma or Government ticket
OR
• Management Diploma (MDP)

Experience:
• 5 years Related Experience

Skills and Competencies
• Must be knowledgeable on Industrial Human Performance and Nuclear Safety Culture programmes
• Must be familiar with Industrial Safety practises
• Knowledge of Risk Management principles and best practice
• Knowledge of auditing and auditing practice
• Knowledge of Risk Assessment methodologies and application thereof
• Good knowledge of Eskom’s procurement process/es
• Analytical skills and Interpersonal skills
• Facilitation skills and Project management skills

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direction and assurance regarding nuclear performance improvement outputs and activities.
• Promote best practise and knowledge management
• Develop, implement and manage suitable systems and processes to ensure sustainable performance improvement initiatives
• Provide direction to Generation (Nuclear) regarding the proactive management of pure risk
• Give direction for risk assessment
• Provide risk auditing/ assessing service
