Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

B-Degree / B Tech in Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences / Social Sciences or
Management at NQF 7 level with 360 credits.

Related Experience:
  
10 years extensive experience in management and the management of practices across the Human Resources value chain is required.

Excellent knowledge of Human Resources field

Knowledge of Eskom`s policies , procedures and processes
Good understanding of Human Resources processes and value chain
Understanding of relevant Labour legislation

Key Responsibilities

Formulates Corporate and Divisional Human Resources operations management strategy and direction.
Manages the Human Resources Operations Management.
Sets the functional direction for implementation of human resources processes.
Leads and Implements Eskom Human Resources projects, portfolio initiatives for Transformation and ensures integration across the business disciplines within their respective Divisions.
Heads the transformation planning and implementation processes for the human resources function in corporate, Divisions or Subsidiaries.
Provides a high level Human Resources advisory and consultancy service.
