Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

B Degree in Human Resources/ Behavioural/ Social/ Science/ Commerce at NQF7 with 360 Credits or
B Tech in Human Resources/ Behavioural/ Social/ Science/ Commerce at NQF7 with 360 Credits

Experience:

10 years extensive experience in workforce planning modelling, org design, matrix reporting and analysis

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of workforce planning; modelling and forecasting framework to enable Eskom Group to objectively determine the optimal medium to long term staffing requirements.
Provide group wide org design and management framework, methodologies, and tools to ensure fit for purposes organisational structures.
Develop the people analytics strategy and supporting technologies to build group wide predictive capabilities, risk management and informed people management decisions.
Reporting and ad-hoc projects.
Resource management.
