Key Responsibilities

• Controlling daily work plan activities
• Supervise staff (including Contractors)
• Implementing plant safety programmes
• Verifying that information on defects or working orders or notifications is correct
• Checking that all machinery or working orders or notifications is correct
• Checking that all machinery or equipment are maintained
• Maintaining staff authorization on the plant as per legislative requirements
• Enforcing permit to work system
• Authorization on Permit to Work System
• Managing section budget according to PFMA
• Managing Maintenance KPI’s
