Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):

 Grade 12/N3 with Maths and Science PLUS
 NQF Level 5 National Diploma in Power Plant Process Control Operations
 OR NQF 6 Occupational Certificate Fossil Power Plant Process Controller
           
 2 years as Plant Operator and 2 years as Senior Plant Operator Units related minimum experience.

Key Responsibilities
 Operate plant under normal and emergency conditions
 Monitor unit process
 Maintain correct unit conditions during start up, controlled shutdown and normal operations.
 Control plant defect notifications

 Assist with the development of staff
